The age of consent in the state I'm in now is 16.

The age of sexual consent in the state of Ohio is 16 years of age and let's face the facts guys, most 16 year old girls are having sex anyway and most of them are not going to inform their parents of their sexual actions just as parents would not inform their 16 year old daughters regarding their sexual actions with their mother. People tend to look at their sexuality relations as a private activity and yes, even many teenagers do as well. Some people here are making it out to be as if 16 years of age means 13 years of age. 16 years of age is young and in my opinion, they are not ready for sexual relations with anyone at any age but guys.....16 years of age is not THAT young.

After all, all of those "teens" that are 18 years of age that you jerk off to and promote are only two years from the age of 16 so let's not make the age of 16 to sound like they are little kids.

first of all what state are you in? In my state a 16 year old can have sex with someone over 18 as long as he is not more than 4 years older than her. Many states have similar laws. So most likely your friend is in fact breaking the law. And even if he's not, come on, he can't find any pussy between 18-30?

Where are you getting this age of consent = 15 or 16 thing from? I think from what I heard at least those AOC numbers apply only to a partner who is within their age range and under 18 as well. So basically if the AOC = 16 then two 16 year olds or 16 and 1 17 year old could legally consent to a relationship.

However from the way I understood it, anything over 18 and you get into messy waters and potentially serious legal trouble. Also keep in mind that AOC changes based on your county and the type of sexual acts performed. There are so many grey areas in this areas in this AOC mess and the girls dad is a cop so if anyone would find a way to nail him I'm sure it would be this dad.

There are some exceptions such as no pornography before 18, no school employee or students, even if the student has reached the age of consent. Things like that. I don't know if Texas has specific sexual act issues but I think I recall Oklahoma does.
