Anybody going to be following the Ryder Cup?

Who is going to be following it and what are your predictions? Can the US do it?

I'll be keeping an eye on it. Everyone is saying Europe will win it easy but I think it'll be a lot closer this time round with Europe winning it in the end.

I am not hearing that Europe will win easily. It feels like we are being set up for the US to win but they we always doubt our abilities anyway.

The bookmakers up here are giving away big odds on the USA to win and lots of people I speak to are backing Europe. One guy in the pub on Wednesday night told me he's put $2000 on Europe to win. I would never bet that much on golf.

$2000 is a bit much but good on him if he wins

Of course, I love golf. How the yanks looking this year? Haven't looked at the teams yet. I know Mickelson, but nobody else.

In Denmark the odds are the same for a US or European win.
I think Europe will win (again :))

I'm following. The Euro team appears stronger but golf is a funny game and you never know who will shine.
One thing for sure is that there will be a lot of amazing golf shots.

I attended 3 days of the President's Cup last September and it was awesome.

Well thats what I said to him but he won quite a bit of money in the Casino last weekend so he thought he'd go for it. He's really into golf and usually bets a decent amount on competitions. This is his biggest bet so far tho, for his sake I hope Europe win :)

Europe probably 'should' win, but in the Ryder Cup you never know...
