imho its just a tgp with first click to gal, and after this the skim is 60%.

Fake TGP = when all of the links are going only to your gallerys (and FHG) and sponsors.
TGP = when you got galleries which aren't yours

unless I missed something no one other than the site owner can submit galleries to it ?

Yes you're true, i dont accept submits. This cause the cheats etc.
It's too much time for me, to check al on regular basis.
I thought you called it a fake tgo cause some skim, but as i said before, the skim is first click to gallery, and after this skim is 60% a 65%.
