it was at take off.. which is where most of very fatally aircraft accidents happen.
the aircraft is not yet really airborne, engines are usually at almost full power, tanks are full of fuel. things happen very very fast and pilots have only moments to react appropriately.

in this case you can see the plane doing a normal take off, but at apprx 5 seconds into this clip it appears that one engine explodes, immediately pushing the plane in a forward/downward angle and eventually colliding with mother earth in a big explosion.
i am surprised anyone survived this crash.

they are saying on the news now , the pilot forgot to lift flaps for takeoff, warning alarm malfunctioned also
