buyer opens dispute
 

okay, i've sold a hardlink animated image for $20 bucks for the whole year. (txt links are $10)

everything went well.

today i get an email from paypal saying that the guy opened a dispute. no reason given to the dispute.

i contact him, no response.

what to do ?

Return the money and resell the link.

Eat the $20 and consider it a lesson learned, especially when using Paypal.
