The UK has banned new shorts in Financial Stocks.
US pensions are refusing to lend shares to short positions.
Investors are no longer allowed to naked short.
The New York Attorney General is launching a probe looking for abusive short selling.
US markets are rallying and gold is selling off.

They are also going to bring back RTC and have taxpayers buy up all the shitty debts of these companies. That is the biggest reason for the rally.
