IMPORTANT: Groobybucks affiliates information

Important information regarding Groobybucks

You asked for it! Groobybucks will now be powered by NATS.
This is an exciting step for us as we expand our affiliate program to better serve you. We will have regular new galleries, new promotional materials, morphing

RSS feeds, stats tracking and all the necessities available through the NATS system.

We are doing everything we can to ensure that this transition goes without a problem, so please follow the directions below so you can start promoting Grooby

websites with the tools and the statistics you need, to make even more money.

Affiliates using CCBill codes:

1. Links such as "http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clicks.cgi?CA=909985&PA=XXXXXX&HTML=http://www.site-name.com" will no longer work and must be replaced.
2. If you do not have an affiliate account with us, please sign up under our NATS program (http://new.groobybucks.com).
3. Replace ALL CCBill link codes with your new NATS codes.
4. Grab your new promo material and start making money!

IMPORTANT - We cannot guarantee that after 30th Sept, CCBill only links, similar to those above will track. All rebills on these links will continue to be

paid via CCBill.

Affiliates using Groobybucks codes:

If you have a Groobybucks affiliate account and are currently using those links (ie. http://www.groobybucks.com/go/site-name/username):

1. You do not need to change your link codes
2. You do not need to sign up again. A NATS affiliate account has already been created for you
3. Log in to http://new.groobybucks.com with your existing Groobybucks username and password and populate your payment information
4. Grab new link codes to launch campaigns and gain statistical information
5. Grab your new promo material and start making money!

All outstanding rebills will continue to be paid via either CCBill or Epoch (depending on where the sale was first made).

New Affiliates

1. Sign up to our NATS program (http://new.groobybucks.com).
2. Grab your new promo material and start making money!

The benefits of this switch are incredible and will surely increase your current Groobybucks promotional power!

Benefits:
- New galleries
- updated promotional material
- Morphing RSS Feeds
- NATS Stats tracking
- NATS campaigns
- FHG dumps
- Multiple payment types (Epassporte, wire transfers, and checks)
- Payouts twice a month

Affiliate requests for switching to NATS was overwhelming and we are very happy to be able to present a program worthy of your time and hardwork.

If you have any questions regarding the switch, in need of affiliate information, or have something funny you want to show me on YouTube, then feel free to

contact me via email or ICQ. Thank you very much for your time and for continuing to be a part of the Grooby family. I look forward to seeing you on the payouts

So about two weeks notice. That's not very good but better than what some others have done.

Bump for people with ccbill link codes.

Very few people have CCBill codes, we changed them to Groobybucks codes when the program was overhauled over 2 yrs ago. Nevertheless, we are working on a resolution but it's very problematic.

At the least, I'll look at extending the time limit to make the changes.

Having to change out link codes on old galleries? 2 weeks notice????? You guys are fucking INSANE! All the time in the world would not help.

Why don't you just keep those CCBill links active and move forward with the Nats codes? If not, this is DEFINITELY a move to SHAVE your affiliates. There is no question about it. You KNOW how many thousands of old forgotten links and galleries out there for your sites... you KNOW IT!!! If this is the case I will NEVER promote you guys again and remove every link and galleries up for Grooby.

This is FUCKED, YOU KNOW IT and I'm PISSED!!!!!

It is NOT an effort to shave and if you followed any of my posts, you'd see that so quit whining. I'd love a way to move the CCBill codes over - follow the link and why we're having so much problems doing it here : Groobybucks now on NATS.

Furthermore, I have stated that I'll work with any of our affiliates currently on CCBill codes to work something out with them, email me your CCBill code or Groobybucks number. Practically every affiliate switched to the Groobybucks codes when we offered them and these have been migrated perfectly.

It really pisses me off too when I see this happen. Usually if they give ample notice I will grin and bear it though.

I don't think many program owners understand that for some affiliates this might mean they have to spend an entire afternoon switching out links....and for essentially no extra revenue at all. And to think that if we do not do this you still get the sale but we get no credit...well this tends to make one LIVID (see above).

One month's notice shoud be the bare minimum, if possible.

Yet another separate cheque to worry about... If NATs ever set up shop like CCBILL, i'd sign up in a heartbeat... now I pick and choose carefully who i'm promoting, because I hate having to wait up to 6 weeks for a cheque to arrive from some new program who decided they wanted to go to NATs....

We'll extend the notice to one month which should be enough time (to spare one afternoon/day). There is going to be extra revenue available as we're changing our international billing options and expect that to increase sales massively. Also the added sales tools which we could not do via our other program (eg: morphing RSS feeds) should make better sales for us all.

Drop me a note at [email protected], with your affiliate number if I can be of any other help.
Thanks for the input.

We're not a new program, we're an established program with sites dating over 11 yrs, and rebills going over 106 billings. Because of the way I set up the company and websites originally, with little experience and not expecting them to become a fairly large concern, the original affiliate set-up left a lot to be desired. After much attempted patching and on the urge of a lot of affiliates, I decided this year to get onto NATS so we can offer a better service to the affiliates and what I expect will be increased revenue for all.

This isn't a snap decision, many man hours and money is spent in creating or renewing a program like this. Send me your affiliate id at [email protected] and I'll see if I can add any other advice so you are not too put out by this.
Thanks
Steven
