With the market mess and the election, Ike has taken a backseat in the media. But the way they are handling things down there is really bizarre.

They are also blocking the media from doing flyovers and accessing parts of the city. Maybe it's just some caution they are using, but something seems fishy about the whole thing. Wonder if they are trying to cover up the fact that shit is way worse than anyone imagined.
