i pay like 35 bux a month for a solid dsl connection. thats like 20 american. no installation fees or anything, so thats most likely a big factor along with the smaller population why canada has a higher %.

this pisses me off!!! i'm getting railed at 52.67 a month for my connection... broadband now is all i can use where i'm living. they fucking suck balls. :mad:

I believe the government subsidizes it, so all Canadians have equal opportunity to have broadband internet no matter what your status.
