Anyone seen the CCbill EU popup registration form ?

The reg form should have been up yesterday afternoon.
Still only the verify account info form popups.

Any new info about this ?

After the verify info popup you should get a popup asking for a country code and business registration number also on that page you have to confirm that you agree with the 1.5% rise in fees for european webmasters.

The same form kept popping up for me, too, no matter how many times I filled in the details. Apparently there was some kind of problem with it - possibly just for non-US webmasters - but it has now been fixed. You might need to also re-enter your contact details on the second page, though, for it to go through properly.
