for fucking jury duty. ugh.

ok, i wouldn't normally give a shit, but....

december i start studying for a major exam at the end of may and i don't have time for this shit. anyone have experience getting out of this crap? give me some pointers :helpme

watch jury duty and get some pointers... say some things like:

"i can tell if a man is guilty just by looking at him"
"its always the black guy whos guilty"

Go in there acting like he is guilty automaticly and if he is a different race then you act like a racist they wouldnt use you then

What happens if you decline?

I've got called for jury duty twice, and just got out of it by returning the card with "financial hardship" checked, and then write "self employed with no employer benefits".

students can get out of jury duty. it's not that hard. there should be a number you can call or form you can send in to get out of it.

i don't believe you can just decline.

maybe if i put my occupation down as 'gay midget website promotor' they will just throw my juror information form in the can. :winkwink:

i'm not a student, this is a professional exam. not sure if thats the same in their eyes, i'll have to call the jury coordinator tomorrow.

In your interview tell them you believe strongly in the death penalty as opposed to long jail sentances. The object is to be as undesirable as possible, so trip the f*ck out of them.
