Usual story. Had problems getting payments in the past from Fetish Dollars. They promise to pay any outstanding payment to affiliates signing up for their ccbill program. Got lots of responses from initial queries, but when I asked for my money there is a deafening silence. They have some great sites and I wondered if there anyone could give them a nudge for me...

Doesn't CCBill pay affiliates using CCBill to promote programs?

I don't think I was very clear. I had money owing from their previous (non ccbill) program before I switched to their (newer) ccbill program. On other boards they had stated they would pay anything outstanding from their old program for affiliates who switched to ccbill.
It's not a huge amount, around $100, but worth having.
