www.pagebull.com got great reviews and was a potential highroller bit they didnt make it
Anybody has some info what went wrong or is the server(s) just down?

There's a firefox plugin that adds a thumbnail screenshot to each result in google. Put that in perspective: a firefox plugin. And this thing required venture capital? Of course it failed.
