Need Final Cut Divx / Xvid Export Help
I'm trying to export divx encoded AVI files in Final Cut and not having much luck. The guide on divx.com says there is a "Movie to DivX AVI" option in Quicktime Conversion, but it's not there. All there is, is an option for a ".divx" file.
I know I can run them through a converter, but re-rendering is too many steps and takes too long. Does anyone know a way to export Divx/Xvid encoded .Avi files directly from Final Cut? I see lots of member sections offering this format, so hopefully someone knows the answer. Thanks in advance! :thumbsup |
Hmmm...seems simply changing the file extension from .divx to .avi works both in WMP for Windows and Quicktime for OSX. Anyone know of any compatibility problems this may have? Looks like it's working fine...just want to double-check.
