My iPhone Sucks
 
My iphone has an apple icon on its screen and I cannot access any of its features or turn it off. It cannot sync with my computer either. The apple icon just stays there in the middle of the screen.
Does any one know how to reset it?

hold the button (off button) at the top and the home button (the round one at the bottom) in for about 10+ seconds, the phone will reset

press sleep and home button for 10 seconds. Didnt you get a manual?

I did that and it blinked off for a second and the apple icon is back.
I then did it again, and now it works....
Weird.

go in to the restore mode and then just restore the phone with new 2.1 software should work fine.
