I totally missed that. It's strange how they put limitations on open source though.

Its a very nice script, worth paying the $30 to use it as a Porn Tube... plus you get to remove the copyright notice in the footer.

I'm bookmarking both of those scripts to port some of the addons to my script over to those... How about a free script + send me a few bucks and have some tools to mass import a shitload of embed codes? sounds fuckin badass.. I've actually been thinking about offering a 14 or 30 day free trial on my system (would have to encode it of course)

with all the choices out nowadays, we need an impartial reviewer to install all of them and put them through their paces and give a pros/cons summary of the group

sometimes price doesn't mean much in the scope of what script might be better than another, so it would be nice to know how they all stack up, including free ones like nubiles

clipbucket script is garbage, the code is also horribly bloated

As a developer of one of the cheaper scripts out there I can tell ya this much... If you're looking for something like TEVS without WAY overpaying nubiles is pretty badass BUT it is simply NOT a tube. It like TEVS is a fancy MGP skinned more like a tube.

I believe the real key will be mixing sponsored videos into hosted videos and other embedded videos from like redtube or something like tube8.

As soon as I finish coding some more import scripts I will begin porting those addons over to BOTH of those free scripts. My addons will NOT be free but will end up being a great value to be able to toss on some features of more expensive scripts.

there's more tubes on that side of things than the ones using sponsored vids.. This would be a sorta Grey area where the sites using these embeds are NOT breaking any laws.

Eating up additional bandwidth on these tubes while minimalizing their returns are good for everybody.

Countless Main stream tube sites do this as well as the even larger numbers of main stream tube leach site already doing this..
Over use of Bandwidth with limited ROI is one problem that caused stage6.com to close its doors.

right or wrong 10000 webmasters hot-linking flash videos from a tube site would start to been seen on the O' hosting bill even at .05 -.06 a gig...

I'm not breaking any laws but I'm here to code what people want. Like it or not this is wanted by a LOT of people. It is wrong for a developer to refuse to add features that are in great demand simply because he's afraid of what the people might want to do with the feature.

Coding what people want is what feeds my family... I am not responsible for what users end up doing with my software.

No matter how cheap the bandwidth.. you get enough people seeing the videos WITHOUT all those other ads on the page and it severely limits the kind of cash you can make all while using the same amount of resources as the people actually on your page.

Pair embedded videos with a script like mine and you could seriously serve 100k visitors a day on a VERY small hosting bill which will redirect a nice amount of cash to the "little guy" instead of those big boys. With the sponsor tools i'm building I can only hope some of the sponsored videos get mixed in too.

If your here to jerk off then go right ahead and give away full movies from sites that steal from the same people that you promote. Your not helping anyone by doing this. Redtube, youporn - they pay millions in bandwidth, an extra $200k in bandwidth will not stop them, they don't care if you hotlink their videos either, there name is been spread out -- they are happy about it.

If your here to make money then you wouldn't be giving away full movies.
Your turning to the dark side where you become part of the problem, rather then the solution.

I can write any tube script you want. Hands down probably the best programmer for your porn tube needs.

Here's my deal though... I will put a self destruct on this software in 1 year because yes... tube sites are BS :)
