What's the Best format for videos in a members area?
 

I have to rip some dvd's I licensed to and upload them to a members area.
What's the best format to upload videos in?
Im thinking Flash so that's universal and I dont have to deal with technical problems.

I just dont want members messaging me with codec errors or compatibility problems.
