I never acted like I am a designer... I have stated several times I am not a designer..
I think AlienQ is a great designer so I hired him to do a design for me...
It is kind of ironic that the owner of two design companies hires another designer.. But I hired him because he is that good...

When a designer typically would use a cheap ass 15.00 a year virtual account for hosting. Then even a cheap ass outsourced design from overseas would run about 300.00.
Wouldn't one need to host someone for like 20 years first to be considered fair trade?Comment

So you run not one but two count them two design companies, yet you hire another designer to do you work. Shows how much you respect your own team of over 10 designers lol.

Regarding this thread.
Only deal Jon had about any of this was to have a link in my sig, I asked for links when he was ready. However at one point he wanted me to link his design company and I had to say no to that. I even specified I would not link a design company.
He never provided a link. SO he comes to me asking to design a Aff Program. I said that it would cost about 2-3 years in hosting if I even figured 20 bucks a month and that I could not get to the project till maybe later this week. Keep in mind my hosting is like virtual hosting I do not need anything major. 9 bucks a month?
I wake up today. There is a flame thread on GFY and my hosting is down. Ya kicked me in the nuts twice dude.
It's one thing to wonder about a deal or wonder when I would start, or even if I totally agreed to do the project in the first place. I said if I got time I would do it and maybe get started sometime this week. I do not work for free and free work comes last. I am not a charity provider.
But never ever kill someones hosting. Thats a complete shit thing to do to someone.
Lowest of the low. I didnt change the deal Jon you did. THe hosting was for a sig. Very simple.
SO thats over.
Now I got my self a good stable and reliable host that won't change deals and expect over welming projects be done for a simple puny insignificant host account.
Lastly Jon, I do not do business on the boards or discuss things on boards about my business or business with others. I always have clients that want to say I did a design on GFY and I do not even like that and 100% of the time ask them not to.
My work, my business is 100% off limits on the boards. You fucked that line right up.
I wish you luck in some way. I really do.
I may come off as an insane fuck from time to time and most the time on GFY but I do know how to work professionally and when I do business with folks it is kept very professional and fun for them in the process.
You should try this and even when things get ugly or there is an unhappy party in your future business you do not go running to the boards.
Thats not how to do good business, infact thats how you lose business.

I gave you a hosting account with dedicated ip's that would cost 25 bucks a month any where else... I have hosted you for months with no return..
Nothing... Everytime you had issues, I fixed them just like you where a paying customer...
Then I finally figure out something your ass can do for me...
I offered you hosting for life for a simple ass design...
You agreed!

You did not deliver...!
