I am in contact with Adam and we are getting this resolved. I want to publicly state my apology for jumping the gun so quick. My bad. :(

Haven't got the check back yet, it just showed up on my online statement as a chargeback. I have a serious feeling it is a bank error because it is a foreign check and, as Adam said, sometimes banks get confused on what the routing number is and the bank makes an error. Don't believe it had time to be a NSF.
