Definitely you can.

Log in to Teenrevenue, there's a link to request the free hosting there and it comes directly to me. From there you have your own choices to make on the free hosting option (your own domain or not, scripts to install, etc..)

You can use both Teenrevenue and/or RealTeenCash on your free hosting account.
