I'm working on a 23 inch Apple Cinema display

And its the best fucking screen ive ever had.
The quality is just amazing.
If you think your regular 22 inch or whatever is already nice try to demo this screen somewhere.

I might be interested but not for the price tag they sell for. I'll wait for a while.

Unless something dies in the next few years, my next screens are going to be OLEDs.

Yup...as i just found out.

I have my old screen on the left now (which is very decent Samsung 22 inch) and i can compare the 2 and the Apple one is just so much better. The colours are so vivid.

Yup those screens are amazing.. You don't have to be looking directly at the center of the screen to get a good picture.

How old is the Samsung? It's shocking how much the backlights fade over time. A new monitor always looks amazing next to an old one.

get the good dell 24" for $280 less.... or the lower end 24" for $579 less.

That doesn't sound so good :D I get your point but on a practical level, that's harsh working conditions.

Yea I will agree that my iMac screen looks much better than my two 19 inch LCD's, but I'd almost say it can be too bright at times.. I had tto turn it down some.
