Recommendation: Program Designer??
 

Looking for recommendation on a designer who set up YOUR program.

I need two actually. One that runs on Verotel, and another on CCBill for affilaites.

Yes, there is a reason for two separate one's. Different websites, and legalities.

The main reason I ask, in this example, is some programmer/designers do not know how to work with, or integrate, API correctly.

I do not want to run into that grief.
