Zango Lawsuit

Whoever brought this lawsuit against The Zango is an idiot.

You are going to run out of money fighting them and you are going to lose.

After reading the Complaint, here is what I think:
-Don't call Zango a parasite or a thief right there in the Complaint.
A Complaint is supposed to list FACTS related to the action, not opinions. Any half-assed lawyer would know not to do that.

-Your basic argument is flawed. You insist that Zango ads took away your traffic because users went to the sites in the pop-up instead of going to your site.

But Google is the same thing. Actually, Google is worse. Google shows competing ads next to search results for your website. But nobody argues that Google is taking traffic away from your site and profiting from it.

Here people are already on your site. And a pop-up window opens. They can visit the site in the pop-up window, or they can close it. But either way, they are still on your site!

google is entitled to show competing ads because those ads are being shown on googles website.

Nobody on this board would join Elite Cash as a Plaintiff, let alone put up cash for the legal fees. I guarantee it.

You're missing the point, dipshit. Zango is going to offer Trey a bunch of money to settle out of court long before this goes to trial. They aren't going to want their dirty laundry to be aired in the discovery process so they are going to pay Trey to go away. I hope he takes it because there is zero reason to fight with all this support he is receiving...
