whats worse, corss-sales or THIS????!
So I was sitting having a coffee this morning reading the paper, and halfway through the Edmonton Sun I come upon damn near a full page article on IE8 & Google Chrome's privacy modes. In bigassed headline type it said something like "Just Call It.. Porn Mode" and they basically went on to praise how fantastic the new privacy features of the next generation browsers are, and how everybody should be checking them out. They really stroked on it good too. I can only imagine there are reports and articles like this popping up everywhere with more to come. Our cookies are in danger on a widescale here. That's some bad news. I was thinking to myself before, "Oh you know, maybe not everyone will use the feature." But here we go, still in beta, and the newspaper is screaming in big type to everyone "hide your porn surfer, this is sweet, do it, do it, do it!"
Are any of the billing software companies looking into a solution yet? Has anyone stated that they are working on a fix yet? Or that they are getting proactive on this subject? I haven't heard anything yet, and I'm curious.
