I was thinking this evening, one of the things the Brovention needs is, or I would like to be a part of is something where you have a white board and work out some REAL things with the BROS.

For example, give me a room, a white board, and....

The object would be where you get to work out real issues we all have. Pick each other's brains, and do more than just party and buy drinks. Conference is great, but can be all you listening, and bros preaching. Versus a real, almost workshop, approach.

But maybe that's just me.
