What im really looking for is someone who can build their own affiliates base (commissions will definitely pay off) and that someone will manage and grow some of my affiliates as well.

Training will be provided if they are new to the business.

Sounds like a good deal for someone. AK is a great guy and so is the rest of the crew I've dealt with.

Training a new in house person is less effective than just swinging a top affiliate over remote to work as a "rep".

You didn't quote the second paragraph where I said I will be giving some of my affiliates to manage and grow.

Depends on the level of experience and track record.

This person will work with me and should get tons of leads from me to start with.
