Depends on the country your in and their laws. Buying sex for someone else is not a illegal here. You're not selling it, buying it for yourself or pimping off the girl. It might come under "Sex Tourism" laws.

In virtually every U.S. County the sponsor would be breaking the law. You would need to check your local pandering law. With the proper business permits/licenses, you could get away with it in Nye County, Nevada.
