The term racist is so overused these days that it has become meaningless. It's all bullshit.

What's scary is that many people will be voting for Obama because he is black and they're afraid of feeling like a racist if they don't. Nobody cares what he stands for they just care that he is black. So people who vote for Obama because he is black are as racist as those who don't vote for him because he is black.

And no I am not a racist. I would vote for a black man or woman as long as I agreed with their positions and the positions of their party in general.

If you're basing racism on "old white guy who doesn't understand money" vs "dumb black guy who was raised in a poor rich family and has no record of abilities", well, I don't want to choose either..

Even in the UK, US politics is all over our TV screens and frankly I'm sick and tired of it because it doesn't affect me in the slightest.
