Best advice I can give you: Presale the traffic...

I have seen number from 1:10k to 1:1, go look at some of my old wildcash threads.. Them stat where from tube traffic..

A nice percentage of my ccbill check... The number depends on the person...

percentage is not a good way to start out paying affiliate managers.

that means youre trying to get them to work for results. With some thats a good plan - but not most.

you start with a base pay to see how they do - then - if and when you find out they can get the job done - you move them to percentage AND a salary layout.

ESPECIALLY with new or somewhat new programs/sites.
