and I'm a happy camper.

I'm really lucky being married to an Indian girl (a lot of you know Vino), and she is an AMAZING cook! She cooks everything including cordon bleu, but we have Indian about 4 times a week and it totally kicks ass over anything that I've had in restaurants in the US. She was even invited to be a guest chef at a South Beach South African restaurant for her Indian food.

I just had a wonderful curry chicken with tomatoes and chick peas tonight actually. *sigh*

I'm a very very lucky man.

You are a lucky man indeed, OMG! I've been learning how to cook Indian myself because I LOVE it and here in Manila there are only a couple Indian restaurants and they're not all that great. Haven't had an Indian dish I haven't liked. :winkwink:

There are many things that I love about my wife, we've been married for just over 2 years now, she's smart, independent, kind and caring, and wonderful with kids (She's a pediatric Occupational Therapist), but one of things that is true of many Indian girls is that cooking for you and taking care of the kitchen stuff, etc... is one of the ways that they can show their love to you... and boy does that work out well for me!! :winkwink:

Because it is our national dish now. I like Indian food but don't do the high heat stuff that well.

I love Indian food and could gladly live on it.

I must admit that nowadays I have toned down my heat as well, I used to love the hotter stuff. Nowadays if I even attempt a vindaloo my arse ends up looking like the Japanese flag :(

Scott McD 09-04-2008 08:07 AM

I actually hate Indian food... :disgust

ADL Colin 09-04-2008 08:08 AM

I like maize

MarcWomack 09-04-2008 08:11 AM

Never really got into Indian food until I hooked up with Shey. She's a fanatic so I was exposed to it. DAMN GOOD EATS! Funny that it's her favorite type of food but she hates lamb. Heh.

I like it when spices are used for taste rather to blow off your head.

candyflip 09-04-2008 09:24 AM

CaptainHowdy 09-04-2008 09:29 AM
