With US economy in the shitter can someone tell me how a Republican can..
|
Like $1 billion dollars is 0.0000000000000000000000000000001% of your federal budget.
Pathetic. |
I think the Democrats would do the same.
See... When America's see's a people that want a fair system and a system that works with the world, America tends to support them. It's not a Democrat thing nor a Republican thing. |
|
Where is the evidence that the US economy is in the shitter? Q2 growth in the US was 3.3%.
The media has been pimping a recession for years now and still there hasn't been one. All the Bush haters are just hoping for one so they can have another reason to hate him. Kind of like how Michael Moore and DNC Chairman Don Fowler were giddy at the thought of hurricane Gustav hitting New Orleans just because it would interrupt the Republican convention. |

I hope everyone knows that this money is going to be pocketed by the corrupt Georgian officials. The Georgian people will not benefit from this aid in any way.

You need to read some Thomas Sowell. There hasn't be any recession just we aren't growing as fast. Most European countries would still kill for our growth rate. 1billion to Georgia is strategic $ to keep from total chaos and mob boss rule of the former Eastern European Countries.

Here is some data that came in today..
NEW YORK - Wall Street tumbled Thursday on more disappointing economic news - retailers posted sluggish back-to-school sales reports and the government said the number of workers seeking unemployment benefits spiked last week. Meanwhile, the Labor Department said new applications for unemployment insurance rose by 15,000 from the previous week. That broadly missed expectations for a fourth-straight week of declines. Investors, already highly anxious about the overall state of the economy, were further unsettled when many of the nation's retailers said shoppers curtailed spending last month due to higher gas and food prices. Wal-Mart Stores Inc., the world's largest retailer, beat Wall Street projections because of its discounts. |
Wall Street hates America ... they are commies .... :upsidedow

It's an investment and it will give way more $$ back .. All this area around Georgia got huge tension now... They are on the path to choose between Russia or US so I would double it and give same money to Ukraine, to keep them under control....
