Check this company out for incorporating in the U.S. I was referred to them by another webmaster and they were pretty good.

They will incorporate you with an EIN number in under 24-hours for about $199. They can also provide you with a Nevada phone number that they answer in your company's name during business hours, and then it goes to voice mail. They will also put someone on your corporation that keeps you off public record.

If you call them, talk to Doug Ansell (or Ensell, I don't know). He was really cool with me.

Yep we used them, they set us up within a few days. Not for $200 and not in 24 hours but we wanted the full package which cost us about $800-1000 with bank account and better privacy.
