animated gif to flash?
 

Hey, how do I convert an animated gif to flash....I have one program that does it but the file size is pretty much the same, I know there is a way to do it and reduce the file size to like 25% or less of the gif

I can do this for you if you like.

Results emailed to you Flashfire. took a 90k gif and made it a 30k flash with no real visible image degradation. Hope that helps.
