Threw up my first video last night and it is front page today with 11k views. They have not approved me for the $ side of things yet. Just curious if others have done it.

if your video is under tos, and you get rate 3+ you will get paid when you hit 20k views

Well I did it last night and there was a "do you want to be approved to make $" thing that I said yes to but i did not read into it.

I love the line in the comments. "Please keep this a site where kids can watch". Yeah, watch strung out ravers on ectasy and upskirt panty girls pouring liquor. The idiocracy of this world has become full force.

I'd prolly post something only to have it banned just before they sent out a check. Screw that.

Yep you can make money from metcafe but not on adult related movies, they will approve your producers account but will not pay out if they deem it to be adult

OK, it works out to $1 per 20 views or 5 cents a click. Not bad.

I think more like .005 cents per view

My girl fight video got over 1.7 million views and I did not get paid a dime because it was labeled as not being family safe. I wont even bother with that site anymore, its a joke.

yep we had a similar thing got over 3k views within the first day but because it was a couple of chicks doing a sexy dance with no nudity they said it was not family friendly and classed as adult.

Also be carefull if you submit movies that have been "exhausted" Like the magic tricks stuff they also wont pay out. You need to submit the "right" kind of movie to make money from them

umm well this is a long way from a money making idea. Video of the day and I did not break the hundred dollars yet. So you can assume anything that just gets thrown up never breaks the 20k level.

Just to recap got 175k views so qualified for almost $900.00. Pretty cool but they are hanging me up on the rights to the music. They have no problem showing the video and putting their ads on it. They just have an issue paying me. So moving on as I thought it was interesting.
