Pretty much all outsourced support is horrible

I had to call this weekend and it took me 10 mins to understand they were saying Mobile Number ... It was pretty bad

Very true....companies are not realizing that they are losing business as they think they are saving money on labor....i have about 23 (18 here next to me :-) staff and all in the US....even in adult people are outsourcing for lots of work but whats happening is they are slowing down in fulfilling business, mistakes, taking longer due to communications, time zone, etc. etc....

Indian support owns! Last time I got some indian outsource company the person kept spelling out my name, username, password, using the NATO phonetic alphabet. It was kind of fun the first two times they did it because it was like I was in a war movie, Alpha November Foxtrot...but I kept waiting for the airstrike to blow up the damn building she was in but it never came :(
