Swiss
Blue
Feta
Gorgonzola
Ricotta
Cheddar
Colby
Pepper Jack
I even like Cottage cheese and probably a lot more I can't think of.

If I'm going to go with a regular store bought cheese, I like sharp cheddar or a creamy havarti.....Other than that I like.

Triple Cream Cheeses like St. Andre or Délice de Bourgogne eaten off the knife or a baguette
Bleu Cheese eaten in chunks off the knife like Roaring 40's
CAVE AGED French Gruyere with the crunchy crystals...I don't like the milder Swiss Version
Gouda

My daughter wants to try that cheese...Unfortunately, we have go to to France to get it since I can't find a place that imports it.

Parmigiano Reggiano is the best cheese ever IMO.

Manchego cheese...sheep cheese made in Spain..sometimes Mexico. The cheese is goooood and really pricey, but worth it on occasion.

If you eat it in chunks, then you will love Gruyere...I love the hard drier flavorful cheeses.

I know of cheese blends, also know some pizza may just have parmesan or mozzarella on it but still confused.
