So today my high school classmate arrived in city and left me motorcycle in my backyard since he didnt have a lock for it.
We went to city to visits some concerts and bars,so it was time to go home at 3 am.
But he said lets go to another beer,and i said let's go to gas station since nothing else work at that time.
I wanted to go there walking since is only 500 meters away,but he insisted to go with motorcycle with both of us on it.
I said that's not good beacuse of police since he drinked 4 beers before.And he said,what is irony how he wont pay any penalty which i didnt understood what he meant with that.
So we arrived there,and suddenly cop come to me.
He requested my id,but since i didnt have it i gived him data manualy.
Then he said do you know howmuch is penalty for not wearing a helmet i said no and it was 200$.
And that penalty must be paid beacuse people "die" on street beacuse of that.
And ofcourse classmate doesnt wanna pay penalty,he claims how is not his fault.
So now i will need to pay penalty of 200$,and i even didnt get drink which he promised to pay.Amazing.
And he which was cause of this and drinked will not pay anything.
I think i wont go ever again out with any high school classmate out.

what i got out of this story is that you both went out til 3am, he drank 4 beers and you nothing. How can you only drink 4 beers at a night out? At 3am im at least on my 25th drink whether it be tequila, sambuca or something else
