my kick ass designer is almost done with a new site

i needed word press installed like YESTERDAY

i put the ticket in as a level 1 urgent

took them 2 minutes, literally....fucking 2-3 minutes

to open the ticket & get it done & e-mail the info to my designer

now i can go out of town & not worry whether or not my designer is gonna finish on time

I've always had the same success regardless of the extension.

With the exception of biz & info domains (although they had their days).

Of course what works on my networks, may not work on yours.

I know they'll do it, but I'm usually too embarrassed to ask my host to do a WP install for me. It's so easy, I'd feel silly not doing it myself.
