the first one. it started doing all kinds o weird shit not to mention the battery was fucked and as of today it wouldnt stay on unless it was plugged in.

Look for the new OS on euro carrier websites, still not hitting stateside for a couple of days... the new operating system is nice and quick.

Wow, how odd. My wife's ipod just the day before yesterday made a noise that was somewhat that of a squirrel being sucked into a black hole screaming as it went. It to is dead. Though to its credit it did warm up a bit as it went out.

I have never witnessed a product go from running perfect to poof in my life. OK there are a few exceptions like that paddle ball with the string toy, sure it was fun for a few days and then poof it was now just another way for your parents to smack your ass with.
