Well as the title says, I have some time on my hands and able to take on some more work. In this case: CSS/XHTML work.

No, not cheap with $50 to $150 per page (depending on complexity). If there are quite similar multiple pages the fee can change for the following pages of course (we will discuss all the details up front for each assignment). From new clients I do expect some payment up front (50% is reasonable I think). Any following assignments will not require this. This is non negotiable, sorry guys ;)

I usually deliver within 24-48 hours. Yes, I guarantee that. Samples of what I can are for starters my own sites (see sig). I've also done some work lately for fellow GFY members and I'll ask them to post here so you know I am legit.
