huda sagt: is this the qnap support? QNAP Support sagt: yes please write your question here huda sagt: i bought the ts-409 1 week ago. QNAP Support sagt: yes huda sagt: my 3rd hdd seems to have a problem, it says 184 - unknown attribute - abnormal. huda sagt: it says the disk should be replaced. huda sagt: though it has no bad blocks after scanning. I guess I will have to replace it myself, because the distributor I bought it from is just as competent as the manufacturer's support team :)

LOL yes but I dont want to deal with Samsung Hitachi or whatever. It's either the supid distributor I got it from or the manufacturer who has to replace that harddisk.
I guess I will send it back to the distributor and get my money back. Thank you European Union where the online-distributor is forced to take back the product within two weeks. |
