PHP Motion was a clone of Youtube and Clip Bucket is a clone of PHP Motion. They both work the same.

You can mod it so the video page displays at least a banner of the paysite.

OR

Get a player and set up post roll ads that are clickable and go to the sponsor.

I've done both with PHP motion and you can get someone to do it for cheap.

your player is widescreen but most of your videos are NOT
so it stretches video to widescreen resulting in fatter faces and dicks
You used VP6 codec for videos, which is better than most
but using a youtube clone like clip bucket won't help you to get rich
