what to do when someone owes you money ?
 

someone owes us money ( small amount )
i have tried contacting him/her on icq and got the run-around,
send 2 emails but no reply !

the webmaster also posts on this board, when he posts
i try to contact him on icq knowing he must be online but
now i do not even get a reply at all... what's next ?

what are my options ?

"sory about the delay, i'll send the money soon"

I have the same with this guy not paying me. It's a small ammount too, but it doesn't matter if its much or not, I hate it to go after my money all the time.

You cld try this:

I did this to a guy once who mistreated a girl I know.

When you do find them. Turn up at their place in the middle of the night with 3 friends. Have 1 friend stay in the boot covered in pigs blood pretending to be dead.

Grab the bastard who owes you money and put him in the boot with your supposedly dead friend. Drive to the forest or out bush, while arguing amongst you who is going to kill him.

When you get there dig his grave, put a sack on his head and bury him. After 1 minute dig him up and revive him if necessary.

Then kill him again and revive him, then kill again and revive until he does not know if you are reving him only to kill him or to teach him a lesson.

OK ok I didn't do that I was talked out of it, so I just pulled the bastard's eye out.:thumbsup

I never have these problems. If someone owes me money, I go after them for it. I have had companies in this biz try to scam me out of over $10K - you better believe I got it out of them too!

If someone owes me money, there is no way in hell I am going to say - oh well, I just wont do biz with them anymore. I would lose a ton of money that way.


Would you pay someone a percentage to deal with issues like this? Seriously. For any amount of money, paid after the check has come in. Would it be worth 10-15% of the total if you actually got paid on it?
