CCbill webmaster support ?
 

Anyone know how to get some CCbill support about webmaster issues ? I don't run a sponsor program, i need some about signing up/promoting a sponsor program.

Be sure to say: I'm a WEBMASTER in the begining of your mail.

The affiliate program is easy to setup from the admin area
and theres documents for it.

or even better yet, use your brain and check out ccbill.com for the Contacts page?

i did check their contacts page, wrote them an email 3 days ago and still nothing.

The minute you wrote support you should have gotten an auto-response with a tracking number. If you didnt, then you fucked up the e-mail address.

If you did get a tracking number but no response you should call and make them aware of it. They usually get back to webmasters in a few hours at most.
