Might have chicken pox
 

Going to have to go the doctor today as i woke up with a red rash on my arms and chest...
either chicken pox or allergic reaction to something.

That sounds like an allergy. I get that from some types of soap, starting on the 'web' of my right hand, then it goes up and hits the left. Good luck!

could be heat rash?

Still there after 2 hours, oh and i have a degree in immunology and microbiology so hopefully
i can tell the difference lol.
Tho i can see your point about the heat rash thing (i'm in scotland, even though its august still we don't get alot of them).

Chicken pox get filled up with fluid. It's more than just a rash.
