Fucking Thieves
 

Just finished filing a police report with the local cops here. Two weeks ago, our XBox disappeared. Okay...9 kegs, 200 people, can't really narrow it down.

Last weekend, a few DVD's miss - "hmmm, must've misplaced them".

Last night, an entire CD book (50+ are gone) as well as 25 DVD's out of the DVD cases. Well these thieves aren't too smart...we had 12 people over, 7 of which were good friends (plus us 2, the apartment owners), which left these three guys which we kind of know (because they've been to past parties).

So that narrows it down to them. I just finished filling out witness statements. The officer is having them fill some out tomorrow morning, as well as taking them to the station for a polygraph test.

On top of that...driving home today, I got pulled over for "speeding and rapid acceleration" - he said I was doing 54 in a 40. He guessed...he didn't even clock me. He knew I was going to ask to see the radar, and he would be fucked...so he just gave me a written warning.

WONDERFUL PAST FEW DAYS!

they give polygraphs for stealing some cd's and shit? lol

what happens if someone steals a car there and they have no proof? torture? pull their finger nails out from the hands? electric shock to the balls?

Oh yea, last night I got an open container ticket in a parking garage.

Yah, apparently they do - I was surprised...we're talking like $800+ worth of shit total here, not just a few CD's.

If they do recover the items from the, I have the option of pressing charges ($1000 fine + 6 months in jail max sentense). Still debating on whether or not I should do that (given they get our stuff back).

We had two open beer bottles (empty) as he was chasing us. Made a quick turn off of the main road, and tossed them before he came around the corner.

I had no where to go. I was in a parking garage.

Hahaha...parked in a parking garage? :(
