Okay, lets get a list of the worst cyber pimps ever so we can just cross people out since you are spammed by everyone and it's better to work in reverse.

I joined and built a site just to promote their sites.
After sending some traffic I went to check stats and they had deleted my account
because I mis-typed "http" for my site URL. After explaining why the account was
deleted they told me to sign up again. I asked to have the account re-activated because
I had already built the site with 1000's of links with the old referral code.
They refused and told me to just rebuild my site.
Which I did, but with a differrent sponsor.

LOL - I think they have to be live for more then 3 days to count. Although they probably won't last the month, so better get 'em on the list now before the server bill is due.
