I know I will get flamed for posting this but I am 100% serious. I came across a once in a lifetime deal where a $6.5 million investment will return many, many times that amount.

There is a small window of time to get the deal done and I've done all I can to get the word out to people that could close on it. The window is tiny so it limits my options considerably. Basically I'm asking if many here could invest this much if they found something worth investing in.

If anyone could and would for the right deal let me know. If my other options don't work out I will run this by anyone after the right paperwork is signed but it would have to be fast. A 2 week approval on a loan might be too long as this could be gone any day.

To the flamers, no I'm not expecting someone to hear a pitch and send me millions. This is a real deal that is going to go down for somebody and I want a piece. :1orglaugh Also, when I say once in a lifetime I mean it. If the deal closed 4 or 5 million could be cashed back while still keeping the income for life.

I dont get it...Why do you come to GFY and ask for such a large amount of money. If the investment is going to turn over millions in the end why not go to a business advisor/bank Im sure they would leap at the opertunity to make a few million on top of what they loan you

3) The deal is real, sound and will be purchased in the very near future. It is worth many multiples of the investment and in fact most of the investment could be cashed out immediately. This isn't shit you'll find yourself.

4) For every 1000 idiots like you there is 1 person that can afford the price. I don't care if there is a 1 in 1000 chance that person contacts me it's nothing to make a post. I've already spread the word in the avenues I have access to but as mentioned, limited window to work in. If I don't see any response in the next 24 hours (from other avenues, not here) I will spam this shit up and down craigslist on the minute chance someone with some millions to spare gets curious enough to contact.

In case one of the real players from around here sees this, I know wtf it looks like. I do however have a phone, a fax and piles of documents that will prove to you exactly how much this is worth. There is absolutely no time. The only reason this deal is available to me is I am friends with the owner. He already has multiple offers on the table and is being forced to sell quickly. One week might be generous, it could be gone in 2 days if I don't let him know I have an interested party.

I am really smart, in fact I am smart enough to expect idiotic shit from morons like you. I am not a millionaire, if I were I wouldn't give up this stuff to anyone. It is quite literally worth 8 to 9 figures. Because over 2/3 of the initial investment can be cashed out quickly (something with assets) there is a locked in 50 to 60 times return on investment after assets are sold.

Also, the #1 reason I gave so little details here is so sniveling little shits like you would troll my thread and keep it pegged at the top.

$6 MIL is a lot but there are a handful of people that have posted here can afford it. No idea if they still check in but there is a chance they might. Again, 1 in 1000 chance to reach someone with a 1 in 1000 chance of giving me the time of day is worth the post. This deal is huge.

The reason I have a sense of humor about this is because I know how it looks from the outside. While I am not offended or mad at the reaction (expected) I do like to prove my point. Drop me an email if you are curious and the minute this deal is off the table I will send you a pile of documents to back up my claims. 6.5 million will return 4 to 5 million from asset sales, $20,000 per month for a year then 6 figures per month for 30 to 50 more years.

Conservative estimates except for the $20,000 which is a fact.

Yes and this is a verifiable fact. It is literally once in a lifetime circumstances, and it's complicated but easy to understand once you see full details. Only reason I don't post here is I don't want to give enough away for somebody to start sniffing around this area, many smaller deals out there and I want them all. :)
