TheDoc is 100% correct in his analysis of this. We don't WANT the govt. in our biz. The govt. is the one that wants to shut us down. Do you really think a judge and/or the govt. gives 2 shits if tubes steal from us? They don't. They also don't care if teenagers see our shit on tubes. Unless the copyright owners care about it, there isn't a lot to be done. They won't care as long as they have a way to monetize it. Then in a sense, it's not an illegal site anymore. From what I see, they are mostly silent about it which almost condones it.
