If there was one thing that would make u give up your love of whatever drug of choice you use what would it be? For myself its the love of traveling...when I travel I dont do any of the local stuff..seeing the world and all it has to offer gives me a high thats really unexplainable..sometimes the sheer excitement of going to another country gives me the giggles like a schoolgirl

for me, traveling is a drug.

the same goes for snowboarding untouched powder. taking a really good university course. reading a killer book. discovering a new album. these are the things that make life worth living imo.

Finding new tricks in generating genuine but virgin/newbie traffic and solving old technical problems gives me a rush. That's why I work for myself. That's my anti-drug. Also, reading books and cooking good food for friends are great highs too.

Absolutely. I'm pissing off to Europe on November 25 to backpack around Eastern Europe for five weeks and to spend New Years Eve in Amsterdam (for the 4th time in the last 5 years).

I'm not rich by any standards but I try and do some world travel every year. It's a big fucking planet and it is begging to be explored. I have no respect for those who CAN travel extensively but choose not to. I just don't understand it.

And I love taking drugs overseas and meeting fellow potheads on the road. It's almost like belonging to a special club. People who smoke weed are generally pretty friendly and open - and interesting. There's nothing like being fucked up on drugs in a weird foreign city! :thumbsup

Biology As ideology - the doctrine of DNA by R.C. Lewontin (if you're into Genetics, he's Harvard's most famous and controversial Geneticist at the moment).

it's basically a deconstruction of the traditional 'Science as God' views held by most Universities these days. i don't necessarily agree with all of his ideas - but it's a interesting look at Science as a social institution, and how money and politics rule over it.

i had an itch to read it again last week...

My anti drug is LSD; but right now my drug of choice is herion, wait I mean my anti drug is cocaine cause herion makes me sleepy, then i need xanax to come off the blow, then i need to stay up and work so i do some speed, then after I do all that my dick won't get hard so I do a bunch of vaigra, then I go out and fuck a bunch of hookers and wind up on antibiotics, and then I can't drink, when I can't drink I have to take valium; else i get real mean...but I would skip all of that if I could find a decent hit of acid and trip my days happily away.

So where have you been so far? I love to travel as well and have been all over Europe and some of Scandinavia. From coast to coast in North America, and scattered islands in the Carribean.

so far its been London, home to Belize,Brasil, all over the states,Thailand and many more places to come..im going to get my passport lubed up to hit paris hopefully some time in march or april..right before tax time...

Actually it's art. I like artistic things. From architecture, to patterns, to design, to digital art, and everything in between. I can't really say what style of art I like, there is no name for the style, it just has to be appealing to me. Juxtaposition, high contrast... metalics, and light, and reflection seem to be my flavor this month.
